Universal Circuit Breaker lockout is made of durable impact-modified nylon and is compatible with most single & multiple pole breakers.
Instructions for use:
- Turn the circuit breaker to the OFF position.
- Clamp the lockout device onto the circuit breaker toggle in the off position, using a small screw driver.
- Tighten the screw to clamp lockout securely.
- Place the lock through the hole in the device to prevent screw from being loosened.
- Verify that the circuit breaker cannot be turned to the on position.
